With two double beds, a shower, a living room, and a fully functioning kitchen, it can be the perfect space for facilitators or an upgraded experience for some of the guests attending your event or retreat.

Internally it is a bright open planned space with modern fixtures and fittings.

The area and space are incredibly unique, set back from the sand dunes of Perran Sands/Penhale in a little pocket of tranquility and stillness.
The property is ideally situated between Holywell & Perranporth with Newquay.
Kitchen/Dining area, Wetroom and Bedroom on the ground floor.
Balcony & lounge/bedroom upstairs equipped with a drop down projector screen and projector.
